3 Age Verification & Adult Confirmation

• Expired bonuses will be automatically cancelled.

7 Betting & Gaming Regulations

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 7u99 platform. Violations will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all related funds.

• Using bots, automation software, or artificial intelligence to place bets or play games.
• Using the platform for money laundering or concealing the source of illicit funds.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another user's account.
• Engaging in fraudulent behavior or misuse of the bonus system.
• Operating more than one account by the same person.
• Attempting to hack the platform's software or exploit any vulnerabilities.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.

9 Account Closure & Termination

You may request to close your 7u99 account at any time. Please withdraw any remaining balance before the closure takes effect. Account closure requests are typically processed within 5 business days.

7u99 may also close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• If evidence of fraud or fraudulent activity is found.
• Under the order of a court or government authority.
• Extended inactivity (over 12 months).
• Where there is suspicion of violating anti-money laundering laws.

Relevant provisions of these Terms remain in effect after account closure. If a valid balance exists, withdrawal will be permitted following closure, unless suspended for security reasons.

10 Limitation of Liability

7u99 provides its services on an "as is" basis and makes no guarantees that the service will be available at all times, as technical disruptions may occur. 7u99 is not liable for any losses arising from internet outages, server issues, or interruptions to third-party services.

Any financial losses incurred through gaming or betting are solely the user's responsibility. 7u99 may only be held liable for verified losses directly caused by a technical fault on our end, and even then, liability is capped at the value of the transaction in question.
